Order Confirmation and Policy Acceptance
By placing an order with Evelyn Mode, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Return and Refund Policy.
Completing a purchase on our website means that you acknowledge and accept our return conditions, timeframes, and procedures. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, this policy, together with order records and communication history, may be used as supporting documentation.
RETURNS
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided all return conditions are met.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Only standard inspection and handling may have occurred

Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer
Returns are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Evelyn Mode reserves the right to refuse any return if the item shows signs of wear, misuse, damage, or alteration not caused by us.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return request, please follow these steps:

Please wait for return authorization and instructions before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval or to an incorrect address may be refused.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment until your return has been completed.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting info@evelynmode.com and providing:

A short description of the issue

Clear photos or a short video showing the defect
Once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we may offer a replacement depending on availability and the nature of the issue. In some cases, a return of the defective item may not be required.
Replacement orders are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days.
LOST OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
If your package is lost during transit, please contact our support team with your order number and tracking information. We will assist in submitting a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, a $35 CAD handling and processing fee will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and administrative costs.
CANCELLATIONS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under Canadian consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note that our order fulfillment process is automated. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may initiate a return after delivery by following the return procedure outlined above.
To request cancellation before shipment, email info@evelynmode.com as soon as possible with a clear withdrawal request. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTE HANDLING
If you experience any issues with your order, we encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the matter quickly and fairly.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Evelyn Mode will provide relevant documentation to the payment provider, which may include order confirmations, tracking information, correspondence, and supporting images.
Filing a chargeback without prior contact may delay resolution and could impact future order eligibility.

All approved returns are shipped to our central fulfillment facility in Asia at the customer’s expense

Shipping delays, customs processing times, and import clearance issues are outside of our control

Hygiene-sensitive items returned in used or unsanitary condition are not eligible for a refund
